Presenter runbook
A complete, engaging structure for demonstrating the customer booking experience and the venue management system to a prospective restaurant and beach club.
Use this section as the quick-reference guide during the meeting.
Prepare one convincing story and remove avoidable interruptions.
Use one returning VIP with a beach booking, restaurant table, occasion, allergy, note, upsell and deposit. Return to this guest throughout the meeting.
Choose a date with assigned and unassigned bookings, several statuses, blocked inventory, a large party, useful pricing groups and report history.
Confirm no real payment, confirmation, reminder, campaign or deposit request can reach a real person.
Start the admin demonstration from its main home page and navigate naturally. Rehearse the route; do not open every page in a separate tab.
Keep the pace brisk and spend the most time on the connected operational story.

Understand what matters before showing the software.
Client Reservation combines the customer booking journey, restaurant reservations, beach-bed management, deposits and customer profiles in one connected system.
Begin where the guest begins and build the story that will later appear in admin.
Ask: Where will customers usually begin—website, social media, concierge or another channel?
Open the admin system from its main home page, then follow the guest through the venue.
Return to the demonstration guest and point out the occasion and allergy.
Discuss limitations accurately and present price only after the value is clear.
A tightly integrated Client Reservation POS is planned product direction, but it must not be presented as a current feature, promised delivery date or contractual commitment.
Document the exact requirements and discuss a phased launch. Do not promise compatibility, timing or inclusion in the subscription.
Strong restaurant marketplace and restaurant-management platform. Position Client Reservation around native restaurant-and-beach operation rather than marketplace reach.
Strong enterprise CRM and marketing automation. Position Client Reservation around focused operational fit and a simpler connected venue workflow.
Strong restaurant reservation product. Differentiate through dedicated beach inventory and the linked guest visit.
Relevant resort and beach competitor. Emphasise Client Reservation's detailed restaurant operation combined natively with dedicated beach management.
Stay factual, curious and focused on the prospect's real requirement.
First, understand what they value about their current restaurant system and whether replacing it is genuinely a barrier. Explore whether it also manages the beach operation properly and where beach bookings, bed allocation and customer information are handled today.
If they do not want to change their restaurant system, Client Reservation's beach component can operate as a standalone product for managing beach-bed availability, bookings, allocation, guest requirements and the day-to-day beach operation. This provides a practical lower-change starting point and allows them to retain their existing restaurant platform.
Confirm that integration is not currently available, identify exactly what needs to connect and determine whether it is essential for launch. Explain that Client Reservation can operate alongside the current POS.
Offer a phased rollout beginning with reservations, beach allocation and customer management while retaining other systems during adoption.
Client Reservation is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, including for team members who are not confident with technology. The system uses clear labels, descriptive buttons and familiar gestures instead of relying on confusing or ambiguous icons, so staff can understand what each action does before selecting it.
During the demo, focus on the visual front-of-house workflows: the booking list, restaurant floor plan, beach layout, timeline and drag-and-drop actions. Each staff group only needs access to the views relevant to its role, helping to keep everyday tasks focused and straightforward.
A great deal of thought has gone into making support easy to find and use because access to helpful, responsive support is a common source of frustration for businesses using other software providers. Support is available from anywhere within the Client Reservation admin system, so staff do not need to leave the task they are working on or search elsewhere to ask for help.
A searchable online support library provides quick answers and step-by-step guidance for common tasks. If a customer needs direct assistance, they can create a support ticket from within Client Reservation, track its status and continue the conversation with the support team in one place.
Customers can also contact the team through the website support form or by emailing support@clientreservation.com. Requests can include the relevant department and details of the issue so they can be directed to the right person.
Explain that Client Reservation applies security in several layers. Application traffic is sent over HTTPS, access is authenticated and restricted by role, business, venue and feature, and customer information is isolated to the business that collected it. Sensitive booking and availability decisions are validated by server-side services rather than relying only on controls visible in the browser.
For applicable deposits and payments, Client Reservation uses Stripe Checkout and Stripe Connect. Customers enter their card information into Stripe's payment interface, so Client Reservation does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Two systems can work, but frequently create duplicate profiles, separate booking journeys and fragmented payment or preference information. Client Reservation's value is the connected visit.
The POS is planned direction, but functionality, timing and commercial structure are not finalised. The current proposal should be assessed on capabilities available today.
Recap their priorities, surface concerns and secure a specific follow-up.
Use their language. Example: restaurant and beach bookings are separate, bed allocation is manual, and customer information is difficult to share.
“Of everything we have shown, which part would make the biggest difference to your operation?”
“Is there anything you have seen, or expected to see, that would prevent this from being a good fit?”
The restaurant and beach club count as two venues. The first is £200 per month and the additional-venue discount is applied to the second, subject to final onboarding requirements.
Recommend a configuration session using their real restaurant and beach layouts.
